Fifteen years ago, we were pioneers in offering US tax services to Americans living abroad under the brand name Online Taxman.
Preparing US tax returns expanded soon into business tax advisory and setting up companies.
To better serve global entrepreneurs with international business structuring and offshoring, we later launched Global Expat Advisors.
Now, with Entity Inc., we focus on helping non-US entrepreneurs as well as Americans with setting up their US business, filing US taxes, and staying in compliance with US regulations.

Vincenzo Villamena started his career in New York City at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s biggest accounting firms. Later, as a partner at 4 Corners Inc., he advised high-net-worth clients on investments and business structuring.
Leaving the corporate world behind, Vincenzo set off for South America, where he’s spent the last 15 years living in Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil, while still traveling extensively.
He started his own companies with growing teams of experienced tax accountants, offshore strategists, incorporation specialists, bookkeepers, and more. Each company is focusing on the distinct needs in their area.
